T.I.L.T. (Teen Independent Living Training)

T.I.L.T. is a program that serves adolescents, ages of 15-21 in
Mercer County.  All youth are referred by the Division of Youth
and Family Services and The Capitol County Children’s Collaborative,
as well as the Mercer County Juvenile Justice System.
